History
How I became the agency of today
The road from a small PR agency to the big international industry charts.


2007
The launch of the agency by Eliza Rogalski with 5 partners, followed by the first years of pioneering, the first impact projects and the first awards as an independent PR agency.


2009
Eliza Rogalski is the first Romanian jury at Cannes Lions, in the PR category.


2010
Gold at the IPRA Golden World Awards for the campaign “School of Money” — BCR.


2011
Trophy at the European Excellence Awards for “Victoria 20.20" — Siemens Romania.


2012 - 2015
Years of entrepreneurial maturity, the shareholding of the agency consolidates around Eliza Rogalski and Alina Damaschin, and the skills of the two founders assert themselves with credibility. Eliza Rogalski continues her role as Head of Strategy, coordinating the classic skills of PR — corporate communication, crisis management and media relations, while Alina Damaschin takes on the role of Creative Lead, developing new areas of practice that allow the agency to remain at the forefront of this profession in the years to come.


2013
“Agency of the Year” at the Romanian PR Award.


2014
SABRE Awards EMEA (Public Affairs) for the “Coalition for a New Prevention” that changed Romania's national vaccination programme for the first time.


2018
“Agency of the Year” at the Romanian PR Award.

2019 - 2020
The only Romanian agency listed in the Global Creative Index (Provoke) (#3 EMEA/#5 global).


2023
Employer Branding Campaign “For CEZ reasons” wins two awards at COMMA and a year later it is named the best PR campaign in the Balkans at SABRE AWARDS.


2024
Launch of the CEZ rebranding in Evryo Energy and the award-winning campaign “Turn back time for nature” (IN2 SABRE EMEA, in the AI, VR, AR category).


2024
Alexandra Radu becomes the agency's third partner and takes on the role of Head of Brand Strategy, having been part of the team since the first years of its existence, since 2007.

For more than two decades, he has been moving seamlessly between journalism, PR and advertising, signing internationally award-winning campaigns and inspiring generations of professionals. Alina Damaschin
Co-Founder, Managing Partner, Creative Leader
Alina clearly manages complexity and approaches multidisciplinary communication to bring brands close to people and keep them relevant. With over 20 years of experience in PR, advertising and digital, she coordinated processes and key moments in the life of Romanian and international brands - from launch to rebranding, from repositioning to sale. Outside the agency, Alina explores topics in the field of cognitive sciences.

Alexander Radu
Partner, Head of Brand Strategy
Alexandra believes that a brand is not only built from campaigns, but from involvement in themes that are authentically important to people. He believes that strategy brings clarity and consistency, when it combines market analysis with insights and observations about what matters to consumers.
With each project, he manages to turn data into creative directions and bring brands closer to their communities.
