INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA BY S.C. “ROGALSKI DAMASCHIN PUBLIC RELATIONS” S.R.L.
We bring to your attention that S.C. “ROGALSKI DAMASCHIN PUBLIC RELATIONS” S.R.L. may hold your contact/personal data, data that you have communicated to us by e-mail or electronic signature related to emails, as well as data that came from various professional interactions with you (name, surname, function, email, phone/data from your electronic signature) and which we store for future contact with you for participation in projects for the submission of proposals, with a view to the best possible development of current or future partnership relations; and In this way we ensure that we maintain effective security measures to ensure that your data is processed legally and securely.
The data is therefore processed directly by the company S.C. ” ROGALSKI DAMASCHIN PUBLIC RELATIONS” S.R.L., hereinafter referred to as”The Society'with the following identification data:

The company undertakes to comply with the provisions of Law 677/2001 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data stored during the collection. Personal data collected will not be disclosed to third parties unless the Company is required to comply with obligations imposed by applicable law or for reasons of legitimate interest.
The personal data processed can be: name, surname, email address, position you hold in the company, telephone number.
With regard to your data you have the following rights:
- the right to information;
- the right of access to data;
- the right to intervene in the data;
- the right of opposition;
- the right of restriction, etc., according to the following;
- the right to address you to justice and authority.
1. Right to be informed/right of access to data (once a year free of charge)
You have the right to obtain from the Company upon request and free of charge for one request per year, confirmation that the data concerning you are or are not processed by the Company.
In this regard, we undertake to communicate to you together with the confirmation, at least the following:
- information on the purposes of the processing, the categories of data envisaged and the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data is disclosed;
- communicating in an intelligible form the data subject to processing, as well as any available information on the origin of the data;
- information on the existence of the right to intervene in the data and the right to object, as well as the conditions under which they can be exercised;
- information on the possibility to consult the register of personal data processing records, to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority, as well as to apply to the court to challenge the decisions of the operator/company;
- you can request the above information by means of a written, dated and signed request at office@rogalski.ro. In the request, you indicate to us if you want the information to be communicated to a specific address, which can also be by e-mail, or by a mail service that ensures that the handover to you will be made only in person;
- we undertake to provide you with the requested information within 15 days from the date of receipt of the request, subject to your option expressed in accordance with the above.
2. Right to data interference (free of charge)
You have the right to obtain from the Company, upon request and free of charge:
- where appropriate, rectification, updating, blocking or deletion of data whose processing does not comply with the law, in particular incomplete or inaccurate data;
- where appropriate, the transformation into anonymous data of data whose processing is not in accordance with the law;
- notification to third parties to whom the data of any operation carried out pursuant to the first two paragraphs above have been disclosed, unless such notification proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort to the legitimate interest that could be harmed.
3. Right of opposition (free of charge)
You have the right to object at any time, free of charge and without any justification, to the processing of the data you are about to be processed for direct marketing purposes, on behalf of the Company or a third party, or to be disclosed to third parties for such purpose. In order to exercise the rights set out above, you will need to submit a written, dated and signed application to us. In the application, the applicant may indicate whether he wants the information to be communicated to him at a specific address, which can also be by e-mail, or by a correspondence service ensuring that the handover to him will be made only in person. In this case, we will communicate to you the measures taken and, where applicable, the name of the third party to whom your personal data has been disclosed within 15 days from the date of receipt of the request, subject to your option to provide you with the information in writing at a specific physical or virtual (electronic) address.
4th. Right to lodge a complaint with ANSPDCP
You can refer at any time to ANSPDCPviolation of their rights related to the processing of personal data and you can claim non-compliance with the rights guaranteed by applicable law. In advance, however, you must contact us at office@rogaslki.ro
5. The right to appeal to justice
- Without prejudice to the possibility of making a complaint to the Supervisory Authority, you have the right to apply to justice for the defence of any rights guaranteed by applicable law and which have been infringed upon you.
- Any person who has suffered damage as a result of an unlawful processing of personal data may apply to the competent court for redress.
- The competent court is the one in whose territorial radius the claimant resides. The application for a summons to court is exempt from stamp duty.
If you have chosen to stop the correspondence with you, you may still receive certain administrative communications from the Company.
