Rogalski Damaschin developed and implemented the communication campaign for the initial public offering successfully conducted and concluded in October 2025 by Cris-Tim Family Holding, a leader in Romania's processed meat and ready-meal markets. The communication campaign generated extremely high interest from retail investors, who subscribed 42 times the tranche of the offering dedicated to them, and 32 times after reallocation, marking the highest subscription rate for a public offering conducted on the local capital market. The successful implementation of the communication campaign confirms Rogalski Damaschin team's multidisciplinary expertise in developing strategic projects that convert public trust into economic value.

“This is the third IPO project where we contribute our strategic communication expertise. However, it is the first one conducted in the full era of algorithm and artificial intelligence dominance, which we know changes how people access information. What hasn't changed is how companies build and communicate their success. In Cris-Tim Family Holding, we found a team that understood what needed to be done differently in the current context, even though the subject is highly regulated. The results achieved through this creative approach to IPO communication confirmed all our strategic hypotheses. For me, this is the project from which I learned the most about the impact communication has on business success.”, said Eliza Rogalski, Founder & Managing Partner, Head of Corporate Reputation Rogalski Damaschin.
“Working on the communication strategy for our IPO, we discovered in Rogalski Damaschin a solid, creative team with results-oriented strategic thinking, not just for the short term, but for the long term. They are professionals guided by the motto 'let's do things differently!' This aspect was certainly a very important factor that decisively contributed to the perception of trust in our company, undeniably proven by the oversubscription rate of the offering. Together, we were guided by the importance of transparency in everything we built, and more than that, we did it in an authentic, engaging, and easy-to-understand way.”, said Radu Timiș Jr., CEO Cris-Tim Family Holding.
The campaign was structured to amplify the trust capital previously built over Cris-Tim's more than 30 years of activity and to provide transparent access to information and business plans capable of projecting this trust capital into the future. Thus, the communication strategy proposed by Rogalski Damaschin primarily aimed at mobilizing retail investors, which was confirmed within the first two days of the offering's launch, concluding with a 197% subscription rate, despite the entire offering being planned for the period of October 17 - 29, 2025.
The campaign launched on September 29, 2025, with the announcement of the company's intention to list, using a set of standard communication tools, in addition to which the agency also developed a Video News Release. Its role was to organically amplify the messages announcing the intention to list across all social media networks, to keep potential investors engaged until the approval and communication of the offering's technical details. Thus, the IPO communication campaign triggered a snowball effect and instilled a pronounced FoMo (Fear of Missing Out) character in the subscription process, generated by over 120 social media mentions and more than 350 articles in general and financial press, reaching a cumulative audience of 2.1 million. The strategy also included a communication plan calibrated for each stage of the offering process, including: a TV commercial, a dedicated Investor Relations page, various online, social media, PR executions, and event organization. By the end of the offering, the company had attracted 454.35 million lei from retail and institutional investors.
